What is an RMA?
RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization.  The RMA is more than a document, it is a process. This process allows us to efficiently evaluate, analyze and resolve most issues that we are presented with.
Why do I have to go through the RMA process?
Whenever issues arise of any magnitude, we are always prepared to look into and resolve them whenever possible.  It is for that reason that we have an established Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.  This process allows us to efficiently evaluate, analyze and resolve most issues that we are presented with.  Most importantly, it puts at our disposal, and in the most concise manner possible, all of the relevant information that we need to do what we must to not only resolve the current issue, but to improve overall quality in the future.

In order to further assist you, we ask that you follow our RMA procedures.  This system was designed for instances such as these.  The direct link to our RMA form is: http://www.ultraclenz.com/rma_form.php> and can be found on our website under Customer Service.

At a minimum we would require the following information in order to give you the optimal level of service:

  • CLIENT NAME:
  • COMPANY:
  • STREET ADDRESS:
  • PHONE NUMBER:
  • EMAIL (HELPFUL):
  • PRODUCT NAME:
  • PRODUCT S/N:
  • (ULTRACLENZ) PRODUCT PART NUMBER:
  • PRODUCT REVISION NUMBER:
  • DATE SHIPPED TO CUSTOMER:
  • REASON FOR RETURN/CUSTOMER COMMENTS (detailed):

We are committed to your satisfaction and I know that you will agree that this process affords both of us the best opportunity to achieve that commitment.

What do the lights on the soap dispenser mean?

The LED on the front of our Touch Free Dispenser provides the user with valuable information. The LED color code/patterns are broken down as follows:

  • Green flash once a second – Batteries are good and the cover is closed
  • Green flash twice a second – Front cover open (the unit will not dispense)
  • Red flash once a second – Low battery power (change batteries soon)
  • Red flash twice a second – Change the batteries (the unit will not dispense)
  • Alternating Red / Green flash – Sensor obstruction (maintain a 8-12“clearance below sensor)
I lost my users’ guide. How can I get a new one?
The easiest and most convenient way to receive a replacement users’ guide is to visit our Customer Service page and submit an RMA form. It only takes a minute and it will insure that we send you the correct guide for your dispenser.
How can I contact UltraClenz directly?
Please visit our Contact Us page on the UltraClenz web site. The direct link to that page is http://www.ultraclenz.com/contact.html. This will provide you with all of the cont information that you will need, along with a convenient form to use to address your concerns immediately.
My dispenser works well but does not dispense enough soap. What can I do?
There are times when you may desire to receive a higher dosage of product from your dispenser. The fastest and simplest solution would be to increase the number of doses per activation. To do this, simply open the dispenser cover and locate the multi-dose switch on the gearbox. Next select the number of doses that you want to receive per activation and close the cover. The dispenser will now deliver that number of doses every time you place your hand under the dispenser. It’s that simple!
My dispenser is no longer working. What should I do?

The first thing to look at is the Indicator LED Light on the front of the dispenser. The colors and patterns of the LEDs can often provide a great deal of information.

  • Green flash once a second – Batteries are good and the cover is closed
  • Green flash twice a second – Front cover open (the unit will not dispense). Make sure the cover is closed properly and the dispenser is mounted flush to the wall
  • Red flash once a second – Low battery power (change batteries soon)
  • Red flash twice a second – Change the batteries (the unit will not dispense)
  • Alternating Red / Green flash – Sensor obstruction. Make sure nothing is obstructing the sensor on the bottom of the dispenser (maintain a 8-12“clearance below sensor)

Other possible solutions

  • No flashing at all – Change the batteries (the unit will not dispense)
  • No soap is dispensing – check and make sure the chemical cartridge is not empty and is primed
  • If the LED has a green flash once per second, the chemical cartridge is completely filled and primed, the cover is closed properly, and the dispenser is still not working, please fill out an RMA and UltraClenz will look into and resolve the issue. The direct link to our RMA form is: http://www.ultraclenz.com/rma_form.php and can be found on our website under the Customer Service tab.
