The Simplicity Plus is a rugged and reliable touch-free dispenser offering a large 1500ml capacity.  Touch-free activation prevents cross contamination making the Simplicity Plus ideal for the medical, dental, health care and food preparation facilities.  Rugged design and reliable operation make the Simplicity Plus equally ideal for industrial environments such as food processing or meat packing.

Unlike other dispensers, the Simplicity Plus is designed with a patented "pinch and push" pumping  mechanism that gives it the ability to pump either single or double check valve Bag n' Box containers.  This unique design provides maximum flexibility by allowing the use of popular brand 800ml to 1500ml Bag n' Box soaps/sanitizers intended for manual or touch-free dispensers.

For further flexibility and cost savings, the Simplicity Plus can be purchased with a 1400ml refillable bottle.  This option provides long-term cost savings on soap/sanitizer purchases, reduces maintenance costs and allows the use of almost any soap/sanitizer purchased in bulk.

The Simplicity Plus is powered by 4 D-cell batteries with life depending on usage and soap/sanitizer viscosity.  9-12 months of operation on a single set of alkaline batteries is typical.

An external wall transformer powered model (AT1138) is also available for applications where externally powered operation is desired.  Batteries will serve as backup power if external power is removed.

The Simplicity Plus is currently available in a standard white or black enclosure.  Custom colors and private labeling are available to qualified customers.  Please contact UltraClenz sales for more information.

What is an RMA?
RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization.  The RMA is more than a document, it is a process. This process allows us to efficiently evaluate, analyze and resolve most issues that we are presented with.
Why do I have to go through the RMA process?
Whenever issues arise of any magnitude, we are always prepared to look into and resolve them whenever possible.  It is for that reason that we have an established Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.  This process allows us to efficiently evaluate, analyze and resolve most issues that we are presented with.  Most importantly, it puts at our disposal, and in the most concise manner possible, all of the relevant information that we need to do what we must to not only resolve the current issue, but to improve overall quality in the future.

In order to further assist you, we ask that you follow our RMA procedures.  This system was designed for instances such as these.  The direct link to our RMA form is: http://www.ultraclenz.com/rma_form.php> and can be found on our website under Customer Service.

At a minimum we would require the following information in order to give you the optimal level of service:

  • CLIENT NAME:
  • COMPANY:
  • STREET ADDRESS:
  • PHONE NUMBER:
  • EMAIL (HELPFUL):
  • PRODUCT NAME:
  • PRODUCT S/N:
  • (ULTRACLENZ) PRODUCT PART NUMBER:
  • PRODUCT REVISION NUMBER:
  • DATE SHIPPED TO CUSTOMER:
  • REASON FOR RETURN/CUSTOMER COMMENTS (detailed):

We are committed to your satisfaction and I know that you will agree that this process affords both of us the best opportunity to achieve that commitment.

When I put my hands beneath the soap dispenser the motor runs but no soap is dispensed?

The first thing is to make sure that the rollers are installed in the dispenser. When the soap is installed in the dispenser, make sure that you can see a set of white rollers located behind the rubber pump tube. These rollers are necessary for pumping soap with a single check valve. (Please refer to the Users’ Manual). These rollers are not needed for soap packages that have double check valves.

Make sure that the pump nozzle is not clogged or sticking from dried soap. To clear clogged or sticking valve, tap the plastic valve several times against a solid surface. Then use your fingers on one hand to squeeze the tube together on the end closest to the bag. At the same time, use your other hand to squeeze the middle of the rubber tube pump. This should free the clogged or stuck valve.

Why does the dispenser work inconsistently?

This is usually caused by the dispenser being mounted at the range limit. Light or shadows may be causing the dispenser to operate inconsistently. To check this, remove the gearbox from the dispenser cabinet and hold it on the wall on either side of the cabinet. Slowly start sliding the gearbox up the wall until the unit operates consistently. If this helps, the dispenser is mounted to close to a surface. (Please refer to the Users’ Manual)

I lost my users’ guide. How can I get a new one?
The easiest and most convenient way to receive a replacement users’ guide is to visit our Customer Service page and submit an RMA form. It only takes a minute and it will insure that we send you the correct guide for your dispenser.
How can I contact UltraClenz directly?
Please visit our Contact Us page on the UltraClenz web site. The direct link to that page is http://www.ultraclenz.com/contact.html. This will provide you with all of the cont information that you will need, along with a convenient form to use to address your concerns immediately.
My dispenser works well but does not dispense enough soap. What can I do?
There are times when you may desire to receive a higher dosage of product from your dispenser. The fastest and simplest solution would be to increase the number of doses per activation. To do this, simply open the dispenser cover and locate the multi-dose switch on the gearbox. Next select the number of doses that you want to receive per activation and close the cover. The dispenser will now deliver that number of doses every time you place your hand under the dispenser. It’s that simple!
